We will be having a public hearing at 03/10/2026 at 6:30 pm to hear feedback from Nerstrand residents on the following proposed ordinances:
Topic of public hearing:
- Review ordinance titled: ORDINANCE NO. 1125 LIQUOR ORDINANCE
- Summary of ordinance: An ordinance establishing local rules and regulations relating to sales, hours of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption of intoxicating liquor.
- Review ordinance titled: ORDINANCE NO. 1130 CANNABIS AND HEMP BUSINESSES
- Summary of ordinance: An ordinance establishing local rules and regulations for cannabis and hemp businesses
